Accounts are managed through our secure backend provider (Supabase).<\/li>\n<li><strong>Home and property information:<\/strong> If you use the Property Vault, scanners, or maintenance tools, we store the documents, photos, receipts, warranties, manuals, and notes you choose to save.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Camera images and video:<\/strong> If you connect security cameras, we process motion, person, package, and sound alerts and the associated clips you choose to keep.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Voice and audio:<\/strong> If you use voice chat, voice memos, or voice logging, we process your audio to provide responses and transcriptions.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Financial information:<\/strong> If you use the expense tracker, budgeting, or payment features, we store the amounts and records you enter. Card payments are processed by Stripe; we never see or store your full card number.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Location:<\/strong> If you enable location features, we use your device location only to provide location-based features you request.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Device and usage information:<\/strong> We collect device type, app version, crash reports, advertising ID, and how you use the app so we can fix bugs and improve the service. Ads shown in the app are served through Google AdMob.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>2. How we use your information<\/h2>\n<p>We use your information to operate and improve TrapBaseAI: creating and managing your account, providing AI responses (powered by Google Gemini), storing your property records and camera alerts, processing payments, showing ads that keep free features available, and communicating with you about the service.<\/p>\n<h2>3. How we share your information<\/h2>\n<p>We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with the service providers needed to run the app: Supabase (hosting, database, and authentication), Stripe (payment processing), Google (Gemini AI features and AdMob advertising), and our hosting and email providers. We may also disclose information if required by law.<\/p>\n<h2>4. Data security and retention<\/h2>\n<p>We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information. We keep your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the service. You may request deletion of your account and data at any time (see Contact below).<\/p>\n<h2>5. Your choices and rights<\/h2>\n<p>You can update or delete your information in the app&rsquo;s settings, disconnect cameras or integrations, opt out of personalized ads through your device settings, and request a copy or deletion of your data by contacting us.<\/p>\n<h2>6.
